O 8° Fórum de Alimentação Escolar (um dos maiores eventos deste ramo no país realizado pela FENERC) terá palestra sobre Vegetarianismo na Alimentação Escolar, ministrada pela nutricionista Paula Gandin (site), conselheira da SVB – Sociedade Vegetariana Brasileira.
A presidente da SVB, Marly Winckler, também palestrará na ocasião. A intenção da Sociedade Vegetariana Brasileira é continuar o trabalho que vem fazendo de incentivar de forma política a introdução de uma alimentação mais saudável na alimentação dos alunos de escolas públicas e particulares.
O evento acontece dia 24 de maio, em São Paulo (mais informações).
Ontem, 16, a ONG realizou o “1º Seminário Merenda Escolar Vegetariana” na câmara municipal de São Paulo, com apoio de diversos políticos e figuras públicas (veja aqui como foi).
